  • Catered Craft Cocktail Bar

    Our staff is nationally recognized as amongst the most creative and talented mixologists on the East Coast and we provide full-service hospitality and creative custom concepts for corporate events, weddings, and private functions. Amongst our services, we design bespoke craft cocktails, large punch bowls, and provide the best spirits, artisanal wines, and seasonal, handcrafted beers for your event, expertly prepared by our world-class, fully licensed bartenders.

  • Introduction to Craft Mixology

    Who doesn’t want to play bartender? Take part in a hands-on session where you and your friends or team will learn to think about and prepare classic and contemporary cocktails while you enjoy the fruits of your labors. It is a crash course in technique and a history lesson in the art of bartending. A highly entertaining and educational event where you will gain hands on experience.

  • The Copper Bar Treatment

    Reserve the world famous copper top bar at Brick & Mortar for an after work event or an early weekend romp. You will have your own personal bartender and order food ala Carte from our menu.

    $1500 food and beverage minimum, 5 PM to 7:30 PM (or earlier.)

    Capacity: 15 seated guest + limited standing room

  • Party at the Savoy: Pre-Prohibition Cocktail Demonstration

    Some consider cocktails one of the truly American art forms. Join the Brick & Mortar team to explore the fascinating history and origins of the cocktail. The class features four unique pre-prohibition cocktails per guest and you will learn its history, pedigree, and the origins of the spirit. We will guide you through how to build each cocktail while you enjoy paired small plates from our kitchen.

  • Down at the Beachcomber: The Art of Tiki

    Tiki, far from being Polynesian, is a wholly American invention. Restaurants like Don the Beachcomber and Trader Vic’s created a worldwide trend that flourished from the 1940’s well into the 1960’s. But Tiki is still very alive and well in the craft cocktail scene. Learn the history, culture and how to mix these fruity, fun, and floral concoctions with pared small plates from our kitchen.

  • The World Conquest & Spice Trade: The History of Gin

    Join our bar team as they lead you through the irresistible connection between 17th century global trade and the origins of gin. Learn about the 5 different styles of the spirit while you and your guests try an array of different classic gin cocktails paired with delicious small plates from our kitchen.
